Shipping policy

Dispatch of Orders
We try our best to dispatch orders within one week of purchase; however this is not binding, or a fully accurate representation, and only serves as an estimate. All products are custom and configured, inspected, and packaged all by our own hands in the UK.

Legally, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the legal title and risk of loss passes to you.

Customs Delays/Returns

If import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees (where applicable) are not paid by the recipient, the parcel may be held by customs and subsequently returned to us.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the contact details provided at checkout (such as email or WhatsApp).

If we do not receive a response within 7 days of our contact, we will treat this as confirmation that you no longer wish to receive the order. In this case, once the parcel has been returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you request that we re-ship the order, the cost of re-shipping must be paid again. If the parcel is returned to us a second time due to non-payment of customs charges, we will issue a refund for the product price only, and all shipping charges (including both the initial and re-shipment shipping costs) will remain non-refundable.

This policy reflects costs incurred for shipping and handling and applies only in cases where delivery cannot be completed due to unpaid import charges.

We do not "dropship", nor have we ever "dropshipped", nor will we ever "dropship". Items are bespoke, and each item receives the level of care and attention that it deserves. All products are dispatched from our UK office, where they are configured and assembled by us. All products are in our physical possession before we sell them, and we configure each item individually ourselves before sending it off. We are reiterating this many times, as we find dropshipping a Haram practice, which is abhorrent and against the principles that we adhere to as a Muslim Business.

Shipping Company
We currently ship with Royal Mail to all destinations, and provide a tracking number if applicable. We do not use any dropshipping Business-to-Consumer (AKA B2C) services. All orders are hand delivered to the post offices in the UK ourselves.
We reserve the right to change our shipping company without notice to the customer.
If this policy is not congruent with what is listed at checkout, then what is indicated at checkout takes precedence over this policy.

Lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at radiostadabbur@gmail.com and we will try our best to make things right.

Taxes and Customs fees
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Shipping, which is calculated at checkout by default does not include taxes, customs or import charges unless it is explicitly stated.
