Returns
For any orders which have been delivered, we do not take returns or exchanges for items - each item is a customised product. - this is except for the 14 day EU policy below which we abide by!

Damaged Products
In the case of a product which arrived damaged, without use, we may be able to re-imburse a value of our choosing which is reflective of the value loss by the damage on the product. All re-imbursements are discretionary to us and we retain the right to reject any claims.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the battery still in its cover, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase! We cannot accept any returns in which the original seal for the box has been broken.
