TDBR LTD is not currently registered for VAT in the United Kingdom, as our turnover is below the registration threshold. No VAT is therefore shown on UK invoices. Where VAT is due on a sale into another country, it is collected at checkout and accounted for to the relevant tax authority.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not willing to do so. We would always rather resolve a problem with you directly, and we ask that you contact us first at the address above so we can put it right.
